Tadoba Lake is the scenic heart of Tadoba National Park — a natural water body at the centre of the core zone where tigers, gaurs, spotted deer, and water birds congregate, especially during summer. Watching a tiger approach the lake on a morning safari is one of India's most thrilling wildlife sightseeing experiences. Accessible only via booked jeep safari through official Tadoba gates. Best visited March–May when scarce water sources concentrate animal activity around the lake.
