Pushkar
Take the ropeway (or hike 45 minutes up) to the Savitri Mata Temple perched on Ratnagiri Hill overlooking all of Pushkar — the view of the town, lake, and desert stretching to the horizon at sunrise is one of Rajasthan's most breathtaking panoramas and easily worth the early morning effort.
The hike up takes 45 minutes on steep steps — start by 5:30 AM for the full sunrise colour show from the summit.
