Murudeshwar
The beach at the base of the Murudeshwar temple complex is one of Karnataka's most beautiful, with calm waters ideal for swimming backed by dramatic temple architecture on one side and open sea on the other. It's the rare beach where spirituality and leisure genuinely coexist.
The northern end of the beach near the rocky outcrop is calmer and cleaner — ideal for families with children.
