Kinnaur Kailash

Kinnaur Kailash is a sacred Himalayan peak at 6,050 meters in Kinnaur Valley, Himachal Pradesh, revered as the winter abode of Lord Shiva. Famous for a natural 79-foot rock pillar (shivalinga) that changes colors through the day, it is the focus of an annual circumambulation pilgrimage and one of India's most spiritually significant Himalayan mountains.
