Jagannath Temple

Jagannath Temple is one of India's four sacred dhams — a magnificent 12th-century Kalinga-style temple rising 65 metres above Puri, housing the divine triad of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra. The annual Rath Yatra draws millions of devotees worldwide. Entry is restricted to Hindus; non-Hindus can observe from the Raghunandan Library rooftop. The most important Puri pilgrimage and sightseeing destination in Odisha, and one of the most sacred temples in all of India.
