Hike 9 km from McLeod Ganj through rhododendron and oak forests to Triund meadow (2,875 m) — one of the most rewarding day treks in the Kangra Valley. The summit offers a breathtaking face-to-face panorama with the Dhauladhar range's snow walls and sweeping views of the Kangra Valley below.
Start by 7 AM to reach Triund before clouds build up. Camping at Triund for the sunrise and stargazing is highly recommended.
