Badami Cave Temples are Karnataka's most spectacular rock-cut heritage site — four magnificent 6th-century Chalukya caves carved into a dramatic red sandstone cliff face, with extraordinary sculptures including a Nataraja, Vishnu's Trivikrama avatar, and the earliest known Yoga Narasimha images in India.
